Mercedes-Benz Named ‘Oman’s Most Trusted Brand’

Muscat – Continuing to set industry benchmarks, Mercedes-Benz has once again won the ‘Oman’s Most Trusted Brand’ Award in the Luxury Car category. Held under the auspices of H.H. Sayyida Tania Al Said, and the patronage of H.E. Talal bin Suleiman Al Rahbi, Deputy Secretary General of the Supreme Council for Planning and General Coordinator of Tanfeedh, the awards recognize market leading brands that deliver on their promise to consistently provide the highest standards of quality, reliability and customer experience.

Throughout 2018 alone, Mercedes-Benz Oman has continued to remain heavily focused on delivering new and popular initiatives that not only further strengthen the company’s position within the luxury automotive market, but also retain its customer engagement and confidence. From a sales perspective, the brand launched a series of new models including the S-Class Coupé and S-Class Cabriolet as well as the all new A-Class. Catering to a diverse range of drivers from those looking for the supreme symbol for modern luxury to those young at heart with a flair for adventures, each new vehicle delivered comfort, style and state-of-the-art technology known only to Mercedes-Benz.

In addition, the luxury car brand of choice launched some of the market’s most awaited models during the final quarter of the year. These included the new C-Class, the powerful G-Class and the much-anticipated new Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door Coupé which promises driving experiences in new dimensions.

‘Oman’s Most Trusted Brands’ were determined through a survey that was conducted online and promoted using print and online publications as well as through an app with over 27,000 subscribers. The voting categories were split into sectors and then subsections where the figures were evaluated individually. Votes were used to track various brands, their relationships with consumers, and the impact it carries to both local and international brands. Under the ‘Automotive’ category Mercedes-Benz received the highest votes within the Luxury Car category. Other categories also included cars, 4WD/SUV.
