Mercedes-Benz Oman’s Puts Safety in Focus for its First Service Week of 2017
“Our customer’s safety on the roads is an obligation we take seriously. It is at the forefront of everything we do and is a pivotal part of our brand’s vision of accident free driving. Our Service Week events not only preserve the exceptional performance of customers’ cars, but also act as a valuable preventative measure for detecting hazards and any wear and tear,” Explained Lawrence Good, Mercedes-Benz Oman CEO.
He added: “Our Mercedes-Benz factory trained technicians use the most up-to-date product knowledge, technology and equipment to give the vehicles the quality attention they deserves. Our customers can enjoy cars with complete confidence, knowing they are in optimum condition and all maintenance is up-to-date.”
The comprehensive ‘Safety Check’ is carried out by skilled and experienced Mercedes-Benz technicians using state-of-the art facilities, tools and diagnostic equipment. This service includes testing of the braking system and inspection of the exterior of the vehicle for damage combined with the underside to detect any corrosion or leakages. Condition of wiper blades and exterior lights are assessed, as are fluid levels (engine oil, coolant, braking system, windscreen washer system) which will be corrected as necessary. Also under scrutiny will be the tyres and wheels including tyre pressure and adjustment as needed.
Due to the popularity of Mercedes-Benz Service Week, it is advised to book appointments in advance by calling 80079777 or visiting the Mercedes-Benz Oman website /oman.
