Mercedes-Benz Oman Launches ’Service Week’ Just in Time for the Good Weather
“Leading the way in automotive safety, Mercedes-Benz recognises the vital role that regular vehicle inspections have to play not only in ensuring continued driving enjoyment and comfort but also in the security and well-being of our drivers and their passengers. With this in mind, this ‘Service Week’ has been carefully timed to support our drivers as they prepare for the longer trips and journeys that are particularly popular during these cooler months.” explained Lawrence Good, Mercedes-Benz Oman CEO.
He added: “‘The Best or Nothing’ is the philosophy that inspires and drives Mercedes-Benz in all aspects of its operations including servicing, maintenance, repairs and, of course, in our standard setting customer service experience.”
The comprehensive ‘Holiday Check’ is carried out by skilled and experienced factory trained Mercedes-Benz technicians using state-of-the art facilities, tools and diagnostic equipment. They include testing of the vehicle’s braking system and inspection for exterior damage combined with SmallRepair checks. The underside of the vehicle is also investigated for damage as well as leaks and corrosion. Wiper blades and exterior lights are assessed, as are wheel alignment, tyres, and tyre pressure, which will be corrected as necessary. Also under scrutiny will be the fluid levels of the engine plus the vehicles cooling, braking, and windscreen washer systems.
As part of Mercedes-Benz Service Week customers can also take advantage of special discounts on labour and Mercedes-Benz GenuineParts, for any repairs that are carried out during 9th until 13th October. And to give extra piece of mind to its customers, Mercedes-Benz Oman will waive the inspection fee if repairs are required and carried out by the Mercedes-Benz Authorized Service Centre.
Due to the popularity of Mercedes-Benz Service Week, it is advised to book appointments in advance by calling 24659444 or visiting the Mercedes-Benz Oman website.
