Mercedes-Benz customers receive world class care from high performance Zawawi management team

Muscat, Oman – New and existing Mercedes-Benz owners in Oman will continue to receive world class customer care, following the latest training and certification of Zawawi Trading Company (ZTC)’s management to maintain the international standards of Mercedes-Benz in the Sultanate.

Mercedes-Benz CustomersBuilding on management’s existing exemplary training, experience and education, individual strengths and weaknesses are identified and developed to ensure universal multi-disciplined top performances from management across ZTC’s automotive division. Utilising the best strategies and customer care, the “C-management training and certification“ applies to Senior Managers from Sales, After-Sales, Spare Parts and Service for the authorised general distributor for Mercedes-Benz in Oman.

Passing the rigourous assessment, all Automotive Division Senior Managers passed the exam and received certification, including: General Manager Sales, Head of Spare Parts, Head of Service, Passenger Cars Workshop Manager, and the Commercial Vehicles Workshop Manager.
